If however you have a TraKKerIt older than Thirty Six months that has not been activated please contact us to discuss an exchange for a new device.
What type of GPS technology does TraKKerIt use? - They have 4G chipsets installed in them, with backward technology enabled. So they connect to 4G, 3G and 2G networks.
Can I use my mobile phone and/or tablet to setup and manage my TraKKerIt device and, see its GPS location? – Yes, just use your phone or tablet’s browser.
Do TraKKerIt work all over the World? – Yes, areas of coverage are broken down into Zones. Click here to download Zone list. During initialisation you register your device to function in the Zone(s) where you want coverage and if at a later date you need to change the zone(s) you login to change them.
